Hermosa Beach is filled with a diverse range of residents including college students, single professionals, and families. The beaches attract sunbathers, walkers, runners, bikers, volleyball players, and water sport enthusiasts during the day. Sand Section

THE SAND SECTION

The coastline spanning from south Manhattan Beach to Herondo and west of Valley Blvd frames the Sand Section of Hermosa Beach. This is a highly desirable Hermosa Beach real estate offers apartment buildings, craftsman style beach cottages, and modern beach style homes sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. The Sand Section of Hermosa Beach also includes walking streets with no car or parking access west of Valley.
